Our fleet of private hotel vehicles and drivers are available for hire at your convenience, subject to pre-booking.

Please bring your donation to our Guest Service team or simply leave it in your villa for collection.

Our customary check out time is at 12.00 noon. 

• Should you wish to avail of your villa for a late check-out, please contact our Guest 
• Service team to confirm charges and availability.
• Service must be pre-arranged and is subject to availability.

Please place your laundry and dry cleaning in the laundry bag provided in your villa, together with the completed form and contact Guest Services or your Butler for collection.

• Kindly allow 24 hours delay for delivery.  
• Should you require same day service, please advise and request collection before 10.00 am in the morning.
